For reservations of up to 3 nights, a 72-hour cancellation notice is required for direct bookings. For longer stays of 4 nights or more, we require 7 days’ notice for cancellations or changes. For bookings of four or more rooms, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking, with reservations confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.
